Using thermal imaging during a home inspection can allow a home inspector to find thermal anomalies such as; areas of high moisture content, water leaks, and to evaluate if walls are insulated as they should be or if insulation has settled.  The use of a thermal camera during an inspection is just another tool for an inspector to find areas that may need further evaluation.
